Features:

1. DY600 truck mounted drilling rig is a rotary table drilling rig.

2. The truck chassis adopts the specific crane chassis of model SINO TRUCK and the main generate system, the transfer case, gearbox, double hydraulic winch device, mud pump, rotary desk, mast, feed system are set up on the chassis.

3. This rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation. It is equipped with mud pump which adopts the slurry as the washing fluid and can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is geared up with ideal drilling little bit.

4. The electrical power of truck motor transfer to PTO, and then generate drilling rig.

5. We install the spare electric powered motor and clutch employ, so that the rig can work with diesel engine or electric powered engine.

6. We set up a generator (MF) which is practical to illuminate or work at night.

7. The major push of rig is mechanical and the four landing legs and drilling tower are hydraulic controlled. Transfer scenario and mud pump clutch system are air operated.

8. According to client’s need, the DY600 can carry out down-the-hole hammer drilling with Air Compressor.
